Lead with the fear, then remove it
Patients delay treatment because they expect pain, cost, or judgement. Name that in the first line, then answer it plainly. Calm is the tone that brings customers, not urgency.
What a clinic should post
Keep the camera on people and explanation, not on the procedure itself.
- A doctor answering one common question in under a minute.
- What a first visit actually involves, step by step.
- Cost ranges and what changes the number.
- Aftercare, which is also the reason patients return.
Be careful with results footage
Show outcomes, not surgery. Get written consent for every patient who appears, avoid anything graphic in the first frame, and never promise a result you cannot repeat.
Reply like a receptionist, not a brand
Comments and messages are where trust is either built or lost. Fast, plain answers about timing, cost, and availability do more for bookings than any campaign.
Bad line, good line.
Close-up footage of a procedure as the first frame.
"Scared it will hurt? Here is exactly what a first visit involves."
"Best dental clinic. 20% off this month."
"A filling here costs NPR 1,500 to 3,000. Here is what changes the number."
Worked example: a dental clinic in Kalanki
What to lead with
A doctor answering one real question.
What actually happens, step by step.
And what changes the number.
Patients are not comparing clinics. They are deciding whether to come in at all.
Three things you can do now.
We do this every month for clients.
Scripts, filming, editing, posting, and a simple monthly report. Our prices are on the pricing page.
