Social Media Marketing for Interior Designers in Nepal

A portfolio of wide, empty, perfectly lit rooms looks impressive and convinces nobody. Clients hire designers whose work looks lived in.

Show the before, not just the after

A dramatic before-and-after does more selling than a finished room alone. Keep raw phone footage of the site on day one, even when it looks unfinished and ordinary.

Process content earns the bigger jobs

A finished-room photo says nothing about how you think. These do.

  • A materials walkthrough: why this tile, why this wood.
  • A budget breakdown for one real project, in ranges if not exact numbers.
  • A client reaction filmed the day they see the finished space.
  • A short clip of a decision being made on site, showing how you work.

Local reference points sell faster than global inspiration boards

A living room designed for a Kathmandu apartment, with its actual light and its actual size constraints, is more useful to a local client than a picture-perfect imported look.

Price ranges reduce wasted enquiries

Interior design fees vary widely, and clients who cannot afford the work still message. A rough range on your page filters for the enquiries that convert.

Real examples

Bad line, good line.

Most people write

A wide, empty, perfectly lit finished room.

Say this instead

The same room on day one: bare walls, wiring exposed, nothing styled yet.

Most people write

"DM for a quote."

Say this instead

"Full apartment redesigns start around NPR 8-15 lakh depending on scope."

Full example

Worked example: a two-bedroom apartment in Jhamsikhel

01Film the raw, unfinished site before any work begins.

Client reaction

The moment they see the finished space.

A perfect finished photo convinces nobody on its own.

Nobody hires a designer for the photo. They hire one for the version of their own home they cannot picture yet.

Do this week

Three things you can do now.

01Film the raw, unfinished site on your next project before any work begins.
02Post one materials or budget breakdown from a real project.
