Who is actually still there
Facebook holds the broadest age range and the strongest local group activity in most Nepali cities. For services, retail, education, and anything sold locally, it remains the most reliable reach you have.
Treat Reels as your front door
Video gets shown to people who do not follow you, which is the only way a page grows. Your best short-form work should be posted to Facebook too, not just Instagram and TikTok.
- Post vertical video natively, never a link to another platform.
- Keep the same hook discipline you use on Reels and TikTok.
- Reply to comments quickly, since Facebook rewards conversation.
- Keep the page details, hours, and contact button current.
Groups are the local unlock
City and neighbourhood groups are where people ask for recommendations by name. Being really useful there, without dumping links, moves more business than boosting a post.
Messenger is a sales channel
Most Facebook enquiries arrive as messages, not calls. Slow replies read as closed. Decide who answers, how fast, and what the first message says.
Bad line, good line.
A link posted to Facebook pointing at your Instagram Reel.
The same vertical video uploaded natively, with its own first line.
"Please inbox for details."
"Delivery inside Ring Road is NPR 100, same day if you message before 3pm."
Worked example: a furniture shop in Balaju
